It's been a long time. You look good, though. Have you been working out? Look, we're not going to write you an apology. That's so 1994. Instead, we recorded one. For you, listeners. We try to explain away our absence, answer questions from a ~~friend~~ listener regarding deep philosophical matters, Kim ponders the merits of sex tapes, and then we talk about video games for a long time. Don't be jealous, and don't try to come between us and our games. Back before we met you, we knew a girl we called Hedgehog. She was so not as attractive as you, so don't look at us like that. She used to wear sunglasses at night, her hair was spikier than a newly shaved... ankle... and her dance moves were the most astounding in the whole land. Even greater than ours. She danced at everything that moved, regardless of their partner fuming at her or the horrified look on the faces of those she danced on. She was, in a word, glorious. In a first of a series of TV special podcasts, Beck and Kim shamelessly talk about everything that happened in episodes 1 & 2 of Heroes volume/season 3: Villians. Mohinder becomes Sleazy Spiderman, Matt uses his superpowers on NO-ONE, and Kristen Bell is loved by all, and mispronounced by one. We also dressed up as Alti and Cyane, a little. Beck and Kim fail to introduce themselves, speak at a normal rate, or make sense. We talk about our childhood obsessions, including the X-Files, Xena, the chipmunks, and other terrible life choices. Kim tells the tale of crashing her car, Beck tells her tale of laughing at Kim calling her in tears, and both yell at each other (with love!) about movies.
