Join us as we drunkenly stumble from topic to topic, telling embarassing and funny stories along the way.

We talk about musicals, movies, television shows, and all manner of classy things.

We both sing too much, and apologise for it in advance.

Podcast 3: Like the deserts miss the rain

<img src="http://surrenderdorothy.podOmatic.com/mymedia/thumb/1152179/0x0_1164175.jpg" alt="itunes pic" /><br />It's been a long time. You look good, though. Have you been working out?

Look, we're not going to write you an apology. That's so 1994. Instead, we recorded one. For you, listeners.

We try to explain away our absence, answer questions from a <s>friend</s> listener regarding deep philosophical matters, Kim ponders the merits of sex tapes, and then we talk about video games for a long time. Don't be jealous, and don't try to come between us and our games.

Back before we met you, we knew a girl we called Hedgehog. She was so not as attractive as you, so don't look at us like that.

She used to wear sunglasses at night, her hair was spikier than a newly shaved... ankle... and her dance moves were the most astounding in the whole land.
Even greater than ours.
She danced at everything that moved, regardless of their partner fuming at her or the horrified look on the faces of those she danced on.
She was, in a word, glorious.

Look, if you don't agree with us, or want us to answer some questions, don't call, us, email.

We'll reply and everything. We're good at that, you know. giveupthegirl@gmail.com

Don't make us beg!

Intro: Sarah Blasko - Planet New Year
Outro: Space - Female Of The Species

TV Special 1: Heroes and Villians

<img src="http://surrenderdorothy.podOmatic.com/mymedia/thumb/1152179/0x0_1244383.jpg" alt="itunes pic" /><br />In a first of a series of TV special podcasts, Beck and Kim shamelessly talk about everything that happened in episodes 1 & 2 of Heroes volume/season 3: Villians.

Mohinder becomes Sleazy Spiderman, Matt uses his superpowers on NO-ONE, and Kristen Bell is loved by all, and mispronounced by one.

We also dressed up as Alti and Cyane, a little. But you probably already guessed that.

Intro song - Franz Ferdinand: I'm your villian
Exit song - Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog: Everyone's a hero

Somewhere along the line we also discuss when we started loving/hating the L Word, and our idea for the spinoff of The L Word.

Intro song: The Cars - Just What I Needed
End song: Jefferson Starship - Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now
